This is a black pencil in a bottle! Applied with a little brush (not provided), this will intensify your blacks.

How to use:

For best results, use on top of wax-based coloured pencils. After you've finished your coloured pencil piece, use Liquid Black Colored Pencil and a small brush to intensify black areas. Wait at least an hour or until dry to layer black pencil on top. Use a small amount at a time to prevent the paper from warping.
